CONSULTATION

Our consultation is designed to get to understand you and the your business. We will want to hear your challenges and issues - warts and all so we know where to channel our efforts and make the most impact. Whilst you may have an immediate requirement for more customers what you do and how you manage existing customers can make a big impact on this too. What is the customer experience you are giving? Be honest... would you recommend yourself or your business to someone else?

Once we've established what you want to achieve we'll put a plan together about have we're going to get you there. Depending on the size of your business and the number of staff you may have involved this will be a combination of our activity and a change in activities or approach from your business and staff.

Whether this is a long or short term change will depend on the specifics as we are firm believers in testing or piloting programmes and then fine tuning along the way.
