Zest Innovation
One of our existing clients referred us to an individual who regularly provided wellness services to him. He knew she was looking to expand her current service offering and felt that we could assist in that process. He wanted to check if we were happy to take the referral, which, of course, we were.
We set up an initial meeting to discuss what services could be offered with a view to carrying out some additional research based on having a better understanding of our client's services to see if all, several or one, could provide the best short-term opportunity.
Our client was trained in a number of well-being services and was uniquely placed in being able to combine her nutrition and wellness skills to offer a unique proposition to clients looking to improve their overall health and well-being. She was also trained in a number of beautician treatments and treatments to improve skin health, which, if combined with nutritional benefits, would provide clients with a great, unique service. However, whilst the services offer an excellent solution to clients with a number of skin issues, the problem is that no one would be searching for the holistic solution which the client could provide, as they wouldn't know what would be possible for their condition.
When we discussed and got a better understanding of what her training and equipment could provide, we established that there was a good opportunity to utilise her laser equipment in a number of ways. As well as certain skin treatments such as acne scar removal, rosacea, and thread vein removal, her laser equipment could also remove hair and remove or fade tattoos.
Due to the increased popularity of tattoo removal, this seemed to be the best opportunity to focus on the utilisation of her laser equipment. Whilst having a tattoo removed itself does not provide an obvious link to general nutritional health and well-being, the opportunity to be made aware of the other services our client could offer whilst having a tattoo removed would enable the word to spread. Laser hair removal does go hand in hand with tattooing, so focusing on tattoo removal would be a very good opportunity to offer laser hair removal services, too.
To get the business growing, we are building a specific tattoo removal site, providing social media consultative services and utilising the website to gain more data specific to Coventry regarding some of the other services our client has to offer. We've agreed on the marketing strategy and have started the process of generating inquiries for the client.
If you are a business or individual who has a number of services to offer but is not sure where to start or where to focus your efforts, then why not get in touch with Zest Innovation for informal chat and allow us to carry out some initial research to come back with you with a proposal focusing on bringing you paying customers.
