Zest Innovation
When we started working with a company in Leeds who specialised in patios and paving he was at the stage of looking at closing down his business as there simply wasn't enough work coming in to keep him and his team busy and more importantly afloat.
We talked about the most profitable areas of his business as overall his team could cover most landscaping disciplines but he felt patios and paving were the best areas to focus on and often this leads to request for fencing or artificial grass to be installed to step onto from a new patio.
We soon realised that there are many different options for paving and that there was plenty to talk about on this subject to build a completely new website, which als included garden retaining walls.
Whilst the focus was to supply a full supply and fit is just provide specialist installation services inevatably we knew this would lead to a number of suply only enquiries but we all agreed that this wouldn't be a big issue.
Once we managed to get the site live were wer able to utilise gradually growing data about the site or more specifically what brought people to the site so we could focus on relevant key words for the client and relevant content for a user such as block paving Leeds.
One of the most important factors to consider when choosing a paving contractor is their experience and expertise in the field and have a proven track record of successful projects. Experienced contractors will have a wealth of knowledge and skills to handle various paving materials, designs, and challenges. They will know the best practices for installation and can offer valuable advice and suggestions to enhance your garden.
As Tradesmen have questionable reputations in general we worked with the client to stress that effective communication is key to any successful project and it will be these softer skills that will have a bigger impact on the quality or any potential review. A good paving contractor will have excellent communication skills and will be able to clearly understand reflect a cleint's vision and requirements. They should be responsive to questions and concerns and keep their cleint informed throughout the project.
In terms of any patio installations, precision and attention to detail are crucial. Factors such as proper drainage, level surfaces, and accurate measurements to create a seamless and visually appealing paved area will make a big difference to a customer. This goes hand in hand with reliability and professionalism sticking to the agreed-upon schedule, and completing the project within the specified timeframe.
Positive customer reviews are coming in and bigger jobs too and lots of work-in-progress and fnished photos mean that we have plenty of good content to showcase his work on social media and his Google Business Profile which we also manage for him.
